Privacy

This policy explains what MetaPouch Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, collects to run Agentick, why, and who processes it with us. The technical detail behind every statement here is in our trust documentation.

Two roles

For the work your team gives Agentick (the messages addressed to an agent, its cases and their files) your organisation decides what is processed and why, and we process it on its behalf. For the data we need to run Agentick as a business (your account and sign-in records, billing contacts and payments, and what you write to support) we decide, and this policy is how we handle it.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, work email address, role in the workspace and, if your organisation syncs its directory, your group membership. Sign-in runs through WorkOS.
• Work you give an agent: the text of a message addressed to an agent in Slack, Linear, GitHub, Telegram, email or the dashboard, with the identifiers of where it came from; the case it opens, with its decisions, checks and spend; and the files shared with the agent or published by it.
• Your runners: operational events from the Macs your agents work on (start, stop, crash, sleep, update, disconnect), and diagnostics only when someone in your workspace sends them. Both are redacted on your Mac before they leave it.
• Payments: for a paid plan bought in the dashboard, the subscription and payment identifiers, amounts, currency and status that Razorpay reports to us. Card and bank details are entered with Razorpay and never reach us.
• The waitlist: if you join it on this site, your email address and, if you give it, your company, sent to Loops, the service we use to keep the list and write to you.
• Support: what you write to us.

What we never hold: your source code (apart from a file an agent publishes to a case), the prompts sent to your model and its answers, your model key, and the contents of your environment variables. These stay on hardware you operate. See What leaves your network.

How we use it

To provide and secure Agentick, to bill for it, and to answer you. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it to train or fine-tune any machine-learning model.

Who processes it with us

• Amazon Web Services hosts our control plane, database and files, in India (region ap-south-1).
• WorkOS (United States) runs sign-in and directory sync.
• TypeSafe (United States) decides whether a message is work. It receives the message's text and the channel it came from, and no identifiers.
• AgentMail (United States) hosts the mailbox of an agent that has an email address, and nothing for agents without one.
• Cloudflare relays the live view of an agent's computer, encrypted end to end, only while someone watches.
• Razorpay processes payments for plans bought in the dashboard.
• Loops keeps this site's waitlist.

What reaches each of the platform's sub-processors, and where they run, is on Sub-processors. Slack, Linear, GitHub, Telegram and the other tools you connect are your own, used under your agreements with them. Because some of these services run in the United States, your data is processed in India and in the United States.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The dashboard uses cookies to sign you in and keep you signed in.

How long we keep it

Cases and their decision log, spend records and your account are kept for the life of your account. Case files, runner events and diagnostics are deleted after 30 days. The live view is not kept unless an admin turns recording on. The full table is on Retention.

Your choices

Most of what we hold about your work can be read in the dashboard. To have a workspace and everything in it deleted, or to ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your own data, write to support@agentick.xyz. If your organisation manages your account, we may refer you to it.

Changes

When this policy changes we will publish the new version here with a new date.
