Terms

These terms cover your use of Agentick: this site, the dashboard at console.agentick.xyz, the desktop app and the runner. Agentick is provided by MetaPouch Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("MetaPouch", "we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation the workspace is for.

What Agentick is

Agentick runs AI agents for your team. A request from Slack, Linear, GitHub, Telegram, email or the dashboard becomes a case; the agent does the work with Claude Code or Codex, on a Mac you own and operate, and hands it back. Our control plane keeps the case, its decisions and its records. How the parts fit, and what leaves your network, is published in our trust documentation.

What you bring

• The Mac the agent works on, and your own subscription or key for the model the agent uses. Model usage is between you and your model provider; we do not resell or mark it up.
• The tools you connect (Slack, Linear, GitHub, Telegram, Langfuse and others) are used under your own agreements with their providers. A Telegram bot you create is yours.
• The accounts and permissions the agent is given. You decide which tools each agent may use, and you are responsible for the work you ask agents to do and for checking what they hand back.

Accounts and your workspace

You sign in through our identity provider; a workspace is created the first time you do. Owners and admins manage members, agents and the plan. Keep your sign-in to yourself and use the service lawfully, only on systems and data you are entitled to use.

Your data

What you and your team put into Agentick stays yours. We process it to provide the service, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train or fine-tune any machine-learning model. Our Privacy policy says what we collect and who processes it with us; the current list of sub-processors is on Sub-processors.

Plans and payment

• Every workspace is on a plan. The plans, their prices and what each includes are on our Pricing section and in the Plans documentation. A new workspace starts on Free.
• Solo is bought in the dashboard under Settings → Plan, in Indian rupees by card or UPI. Rupee prices are shown before GST, which is added at 18%. Payments are processed by Razorpay; your card or bank details are entered with Razorpay, not with us.
• A Solo subscription renews every month until it is cancelled. You can cancel it any time from Settings → Plan; it then runs to the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy.
• If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it and the plan carries on meanwhile. If the retries give up, the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends: what goes beyond the new plan stops taking new work and says so.
• Team, Business and Enterprise are arranged with us and invoiced; the terms agreed for them apply alongside these. Founding customers keep the terms agreed with them until the date shown on Settings → Plan.
• Solo's monthly turns are fair use: nothing stops when they are reached, and we may get in touch if a workspace keeps going far past them.

The service is provided as it is

We work to keep Agentick available and correct, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that an agent's work will be fit for a particular purpose. We publish the limits of Agentick's security model in Known gaps rather than leave them out. Agents can make mistakes; the service records what each agent decided and why, so that its work can be checked, and you are responsible for reviewing what agents hand back before relying on it.

Liability

Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from these terms or the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to a workspace that breaches these terms, uses the service unlawfully, or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. You can stop using Agentick at any time. When a workspace is closed, its data is deleted as described on our Retention page, or sooner on request to support@agentick.xyz.

Changes and law

When these terms change we will publish the new version here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
