Shipping and delivery

Agentick is software delivered online by MetaPouch Technologies Private Limited. Nothing is shipped: there are no physical goods, and no delivery address is needed.

When a paid plan starts

A plan bought in the dashboard under Settings → Plan applies to your workspace as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment to us. Settings → Plan then shows the plan and when it renews. Each renewal continues it in the same way.

Plans arranged with us (Team, Business and Enterprise) apply to your workspace from the date we agree with you.

What you download

The desktop app and the runner, which run on your own Mac, are downloaded from the links in our setup guide, on every plan including Free.

If something has not arrived

If you have paid and Settings → Plan does not show your plan, write to support@agentick.xyz with the workspace's name and the payment's date.
